Run - 8/29/16


That was not fun. Today was a Long Run - 20 minutes, comfortable pace. My legs were exhausted. I had to walk nearly half of it, I just couldn't run the whole 20 minutes.

Some people might feel ashamed for doing that, but not me. I've made a mental note and the next time I have a 20 min Long Run, I'll do much better.

I also learned a lesson today. When just starting out, don't run 3 days in a row. Day 3 will never be fun.
