This run is 2 days late. I was supposed to do my 7 min Tempo run on Friday, but we had plans. I was supposed to do it yesterday, but 🏈. So here I am, doing my run two days late, on the day I'm supposed to be doing a recovery run 😔
That being said, I did the run and it went well.
My pace was nearing 8'00"/mi which is a much better number than I anticipated.
This pace felt very natural to me, hopefully in the near future this can be my new normal and I can push towards getting under 7 minutes per mile.
